Why make separate casseroles for your potato and meat? Combine them together to make it even simpler! It took Lauren less than 10 minutes to whip this breakfast casserole recipe together.
This has to be the recipe I am most excited to try for breakfast. Not only is the above casserole cost efficient, but it is also healthy. Trade the bacon for turkey bacon and it just got even healthier.
This recipe reminds me of a healthy quiche. I love the combination of eggs and broccoli. This would even be a great brunch dish because it could go with breakfast or lunch.
