  • Slow Cooker (3.5 quarts)

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Onion very finely diced
  • 3 Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Chipotle paste
  • 1.2 kg Mixed Beans drained and rinsed
  • 800 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt

For Serving

  • 1 bunch Coriander

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker. Mix thoroughly and place a lid on the slow cooker.
  • Turn on and cook at either high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Take off the lid and mix thoroughly.
