Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and 201 Creative, LLC (“we”, “us”), which owns and operates Meal Prepify at mealprepify.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.

What this site is

Meal Prepify is a publisher. We provide recipes, meal prep guidance, and equipment recommendations for general informational purposes. We are not a nutrition service, a medical provider, or a personal advisor, and using the Site does not create any professional relationship between us.

Our content belongs to us

All recipes, articles, photographs, videos, graphics, and page design on the Site are owned by 201 Creative, LLC or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may: cook our recipes, print a copy for your own use, and share a link to any page.

You may not: republish our recipe text, articles, or photographs on another site, in a newsletter, in a book, on social media as your own, or in any AI training corpus or derivative dataset, without our written permission. Recipe ingredient lists are not copyrightable, but our written method, headnotes, and photographs are.

If you would like to feature one of our recipes, link to it and use a single photograph with credit and a link back. Ask first through the contact page if you want to do anything more than that.

Comments and anything else you post

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, spam, or content you do not have the right to share.

By posting a comment or review you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and moderate that content on the Site. We can remove or edit any submission for any reason, and we are not obliged to keep or restore it.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site beyond ordinary search engine indexing.
• Do not use the Site or its content to train machine learning models without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Do not misrepresent yourself, impersonate anyone, or use the Site for anything illegal.

Cooking involves real knives and real heat

Recipes and techniques on this Site are used at your own risk. Kitchens contain hazards, ingredients can spoil, and people have allergies. Check ingredients against your own dietary needs and allergies, follow safe food handling practice, and supervise anyone who needs supervising.

Nutrition information is a calculated estimate and is not a guarantee. Nothing on the Site is medical or dietetic advice.

Purchases from us

We sell digital products, including meal plans and guides. When you buy one:

• Prices are shown in US dollars and payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• Digital products are delivered by email or download link immediately after payment. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or publish a product you have bought from us.
• Our refund terms are on the Refunds page and form part of these terms.

Advertising and affiliate relationships

The Site carries third-party advertising and affiliate links, described in full in our Disclaimer. We may earn a commission on purchases made through those links at no additional cost to you.

Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, terms, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

No warranties

The Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 201 Creative, LLC and anyone working with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or your reliance on anything published on it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 201 Creative, LLC, its members, and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, anything you post, or your breach of these terms.

Copyright complaints

We respect copyright and expect the same. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page including: identification of the work, the URL of the material, your contact details, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your signature. We will investigate and remove infringing material.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the review date at the bottom of this page, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, or restrict access, at any time.
