About
We make meal prep something you can actually keep doing.
Meal Prepify has been publishing meal prep recipes, systems, and equipment guidance since 2019. The goal has never been to give you one more recipe to try once. It is to give you a week that works.
Most meal prep advice fails in the same place. It looks great on a Sunday afternoon and falls apart by Wednesday, because it never accounted for the fact that you have to eat the food four days later and still want to. Everything published here is built backwards from that problem: what actually survives the fridge, what reheats without turning to rubber, what costs a reasonable amount per serving, and what you can repeat next week without dreading it.
What we publish
Recipes built for the fridge
Full recipes with prep-ahead instructions, storage windows, and reheating notes. If something is better eaten in the first two days, we say so.
Meal prep systems
The part most sites skip: how to plan a week, batch efficiently, shop once, and rotate meals so you are not eating the same container five times.
Equipment that earns its shelf
Containers, appliances, and tools assessed for whether they make prep meaningfully easier. Most kitchen gear does not. See what we actually use.
How we work
Recipes are developed and cooked before they are published, and revisited when readers tell us something did not work. Nutrition figures are calculated, not estimated by eye. Product recommendations are written by people who have used the product, and we do not accept payment for a positive review.
The full version of that is written down: read our Editorial Standards for how content is researched, tested, reviewed, and corrected, and our Disclaimer for exactly how the site makes money.

The site runs on advertising, affiliate commissions, and the sale of our own digital meal plans. Reader trust is the only asset that makes that work, so we would rather lose a commission than recommend something we would not use. The full breakdown is in the Disclaimer.
