  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Rub this flavorful marinade all over the chicken, making sure to get under the skin for extra taste.
